Originally set up to support mums working from home, we’ve grown into a vibrant community supporting women who run their own businesses, work in the community, or have side businesses.
Through our events, training, and online support, we help women develop the skills and connections they need to grow and thrive.
Our Story
Founded by Sinead Norton, Mums At Work began as a way to support women balancing work and family life.
Now led by her daughter Danielle Norton, the organisation has grown into a thriving network supporting thousands of women across.
What started as a small initiative has evolved into a leading business support community, offering in-person and online networking, training, and mentoring opportunities.
