Sarah Logan is a mindfulness and wellbeing practitioner dedicated to helping women and children reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the calm that often gets lost in the busyness of life.
As the founder of Inner Happiness NI, she delivers practical, heart-led sessions across schools, communities, and organisations, supporting emotional wellbeing through mindfulness, mindset, and creative practices.
Her journey began from personal experience, having navigated anxiety as a teenager. This inspired Sarah to create safe, nurturing spaces where others feel seen, supported, and empowered. Since 2016, she has trained in both children’s and creative mindfulness, and is currently completing a Level 5 diploma in mindfulness to deepen her practice and impact.
Alongside her work with Inner Happiness NI, Sarah is also a mentor and team leader with Tropic Skincare, where she supports women to build ethical, toxin-free beauty businesses with confidence and community at the core.
Sarah’s work is grounded in compassion, authenticity and connection. Whether she’s delivering a children’s wellbeing session, guiding a journaling workshop, or mentoring a new team member in their business journey, her focus is always on making a meaningful difference.
A firm believer that true wellbeing starts from within, Sarah is passionate about bringing calm, confidence, and kindness into people’s lives, one practice at a time.
Through her work with Mums At Work, Sarah continues to champion female-led wellbeing and enterprise, helping women build both inner strength and outer success.
