Hi, I’m Alison Matthews – but most people call me Ali. I’m the founder of VirtuAli Administrative Solutions and a Virtual Assistant with a passion for helping business owners get things done without the overwhelm.
With more than 20 years’ experience in admin and project support roles across the globe, I set up VirtuAli in 2015 to give entrepreneurs the gift of time and breathing space. Whether you’re launching a course, running an event, or knee-deep in digital chaos, I specialise in turning ideas into action and systems into solutions.
My background in modern languages and a decade spent working in Luxembourg gave me a global perspective – but returning to Northern Ireland opened the door to a whole new community of inspiring businesses and people I now proudly support.
What drives me? Connection, clarity, and making a difference. I love bringing structure to creative minds, empowering others to learn new tools, and making admin feel effortless. From wild swimming to mentoring future entrepreneurs, I believe in leading by example and lifting others as I grow.
