After nearly 35 years with British Airways — where exceptional customer care was second nature — I found a new passion that allowed me to carry those same values into something empowering and modern. As an Ambassador and team leader with ESSENS, I now support an international community of brand partners building businesses through wellness, beauty and our much-loved ‘inspired by designer’ fragrances.
What makes this journey so special is the people. I don’t just help my team sell — I mentor, train and guide them through regular Zoom calls, in-person meetups and inspiring team retreats. It’s a business, yes — but it’s also a network rooted in connection, encouragement and shared growth.
My team stretches across continents, yet we operate like a close-knit community. We share knowledge, celebrate wins, and believe deeply in what’s possible with the right support. Together, we’ve built one of the UK’s top-performing teams — and we’re still growing, fuelled by care, consistency and a passion for helping others thrive.
