Hello. I am RoseAnna. I am a real countryside girl at heart and I love being outdoors. Whether I’m out walking, pottering around the garden or enjoying the peace and quiet, being close to nature or the ocean makes me happy.

I have three grown up children who I love spending time with even though they live in New Zealand, Scotland and Belfast. I grew up on a farm, and my children grew up spending much of their childhood outdoors too. It makes me very happy that they all love nature as much as I do.

I worked as a classroom assistant for 16 years which was a rewarding job. I then trained in holistic therapies and made the change from classroom to my own home space therapy room. This is where I belong!

My partner and I live near Antrim, with fantastic views over Lough Neagh, the Sperrins and the Mourne Mountains. We grow many vegetables and fruits, keep chickens, have our own woodland and firewood, and keep bees (we sell honey, hives and queen honeybees). I love to cook and bake, especially with our home grown produce. I also love snow skiing, horse riding, sea swimming, reading and drinking wine.

Essentially You Reflexology and Tropic Antrim

I am passionate about helping people feel good and taking time for themselves. That’s what led me to become a reflexologist and a Tropic Skincare Ambassador. I founded my business, Essentially You Reflexology and Tropic Antrim, in 2014 after qualifying in Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I added to my business in 2020 by becoming a Tropic Ambassador. I had used Tropic Supergreens oil for a few years (recommended by my son) and it made so much sense to actually share my love of natural, feel-good products that I love to use because they make looking after your skin feel like a real treat.

For me, Essentially You is all about making time for you – whether that’s through a relaxing reflexology treatment, a skincare facial, discovering some gorgeous Tropic skincare, or simply having a little chat and a cuppa!

I am based in my own home in the beautiful rural countryside. So from the moment you arrive, you can begin to relax. I even encourage a short wander through the garden if it suits.

My therapy room is in the house with bathroom next door.

Reflexology treatments take usually about one hour and are available to everyone.
