I’m a no-fluff, straight-talking strategist who helps people communicate better with the world around them.

As a consultant through TC Consulting and Chief Vision Officer at multidisciplinary media and marketing agency Excalibur Press as well as Chief Vision Officer and Events Director at Entrepreneurs Unleashed, I lead with integrity, energy and a fierce commitment to cutting through the noise.

I work with entrepreneurs and executives across sectors like manufacturing, tech, construction, tourism and the voluntary sector – supporting them to rethink, restructure and revitalise how they communicate, show up and lead.

With a background in journalism and media (writing and contributing to some of the biggest titles and stations across the UK and Ireland), I’ve spent my career helping people tell better stories. These days, I bring that same clarity and curiosity to high-level marketing strategy, crisis comms, entrepreneurship programme design and stage presence – as a speaker, trainer, compere and host.

Whether it’s AI, neurodiversity, women’s health or authentic brand storytelling, I don’t shy away from hard truths. I’m passionate about opening doors for people who’ve been overlooked, underrepresented or held back, and I believe that with the right tools, everyone can find their voice.

I work 1:1, in groups, on stage and behind the scenes – always with energy, honesty and a deep drive to help others grow in confidence, sharpen their message and collaborate more meaningfully.
