Danielle Norton

Danielle Norton is a marketing and media specialist with a strong background in journalism, digital content creation, and strategic marketing.

As a director of Mums At Work, she is dedicated to continuing the legacy of her late mother, Sinead Norton, ensuring the network remains a powerful and supportive community for female entrepreneurs.

With a First-Class BA in Journalism from Liverpool John Moores University, Danielle has worked across content creation, social media management, event planning, and strategic marketing. She has played a key role in Mums At Work since the age of 17, managing the website, blog, newsletters, social media, and event promotions. She has also produced the network’s magazines, coordinated with Elevate speakers, and led marketing campaigns for key events, including Coffee & Connect networking meetups and VIP memberships.

In addition to her role at Mums At Work, Danielle works as a Digital Marketing and Editorial Executive at Hospital Professional News, where she is responsible for creating, coordinating and writing editorial content as well as supporting her team with organising a series of awards events across Ireland and coordinating 3rd party marketing agencies.

Now leading Mums At Work, she is committed to expanding the network, strengthening its strategic direction, and empowering more women in business across the UK and Ireland.
